The new owner removed all internal elements, extended at the rear two storeys high, extended side single storey and reconfigured building as seven apartments complete with lift access. Let to the short term rental market upon completion.

Property acquired after previous owner had commenced works then abandoned for a number of years.
Planning obtained, property extended, refurbished and returned to a single dwelling for sale.
